Yes. Guy Gentile is a U.S. securities professional (FINRA CRD #2960715), founder of SpeedTrader and SureTrader / MintBroker International, and a documented federal cooperator. His full public record is at guygentile.com.

Was Guy Gentile convicted of a crime?

No. The 2016 U.S. federal indictment was dismissed by a U.S. District Judge in New Jersey in January 2017 for pre-indictment delay. A separate 2024 civil registration verdict is on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
